How The Service Works

The following are the general procedures that will be followed in any nutrient management service agreement between GREENPLAN LIMITED and the land user or nutrient application contractor.

Stages of development.

Office preparation
1. The size of the area to be surveyed and sampled.
2. The basis for defining exclusion zones.
3. The density of sampling

4 Fix and number the sample spots on the computer plan when the map has been scanned into the back office computer prior to transfer to mobile sampler used by GREENPLAN LIMITED. (NAV 172)
5. Transfer the guideline information to the mounted field computer system governing soil sampling work plan.

In the field
6. Drive to each spot indicated on the grid and take soil sample and log exclusion zones
7. Label each soil sample with the appropriate longitude, latitude and sample number.
8. Send batch of samples to the Soil Laboratory setting out the analysis requirements.

ON RECEIPT OF LABORATORY RESULTS-BACK OFFICE
9. Profile the nutrient status of the area surveyed using the results from the Soil Laboratory on the scanned map in the back office computer.
10. Set out the nutrient EPA limits or crop requirements.
11. Set out the desired nutrient balancing profile required to give equitable nutrient availability for land usage program.
12. Transfer the foregoing information to disk and paper print out for land owner and contractor or statutory body as required.
